Specifically, we show Business Owners how their life and health insurance coverages can be used to transfer money out of their company "tax-free".

Meet Our Team Leaders
George Goulet - President & Lead Advisor
George has over 25 years experience as an Alberta based business owner. He is a Registered Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP), Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC).
George is a Top of the Table (top 1% of life and health insurance producers Worldwide) and Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Round Table - The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. In 2025, George was Inducted into and is a Member of the Canadian Insurance Hall of Fame.
George and his wife Polena have 6 kids (31, 28, 16, and three 15-year-olds). He is a Nationally Trained Soccer Coach, an avid golfer and enjoys travelling with his family, having travelled to over 30 countries around the world.
Aliyah Reid - Client Services Co-ordinator
Aliyah has several years of experience in client service roles. At United Benefits Group, Aliyah is responsible for managing client coverage applications from submission through to completion.
Aliyah loves nachos and homemade salsa, as well as hanging out at home with her cat.
Matthew Parkinson - Systems Co-ordinator
Matthew has several years of managing various CRM systems, in addition to spending years in client service roles. At United Benefits Group, Matthew is
responsible for managing the systems used for organization and ensuring client satisfaction.
In his off-time, Matthew enjoys watching and participating in various sports, including soccer, golf, baseball, and football.
We Believe In Giving Back
Our President & Lead Advisor, George Goulet, established The Access Foundation Fund, a donor directed fund of the Calgary Foundation, to benefit various worthy causes. To date, through the Access Foundation Fund and other charitable contributions, the United Group of Companies (which includes United Benefits Group) has provided in excess of $200,000 to benefit these causes.
